Marty Gene Mills began his career as a loan officer in the early 1990's after college graduation and later became a licensed Real Estate Sales Agent in 2002. Marty traveled across the country learning from leading industry coaches, which led to a prosperous career as an Independent Brokerage in 2007. He closed over 600 career transaction
Marty Gene Mills began his career as a loan officer in the early 1990's after college graduation and later became a licensed Real Estate Sales Agent in 2002. Marty traveled across the country learning from leading industry coaches, which led to a prosperous career as an Independent Brokerage in 2007. He closed over 600 career transactions and then formed a small production team that accomplished over 500 transactions in just a few years. Driven by the ambition to help fellow agents, Marty created the Build an Unbreakable Real Estate Business Program designed to streamline and expedite agents' success.

With a father in the oilfield industry, she moved frequently, gaining a deep appreciation for the diverse communities across the state. Her mother, a college English instructor and advisor, instilled in her a love for communication and attention to detail- qualities that have shaped her professional approach.
Amber attended college for business while launching a successful 13-year career in marketing, sales and management, specializing in residential and commercial security systems. Her experience in high-stakes negotiations and customer-focused solutions sharpened her ability to assess needs, solve problems, and advocate for her clients.
Through her own life experiences, Amber understands the significance of fresh starts and the importance of having the right support during transitions. She brings the same empathy and strength to her work, ensuring her clients feel heard, valued, and supported in every transaction. With a meticulous eye for detail and a deep commitment to people, Amber is more than professional- she's a trusted guide dedicated to helping others move forward with confidence.

Having over 30 years of sales and design experience, she is able to work with clients and help them make the best decisions based on necessity, desire, personal goals and placement in life. Her mission is to build long lasting relationships with her clients.
She grew up in Fort Bend County watching the growth over the past 40 years first hand. This gives her a great understanding of the area and communities which is an important aspect of real estate. She went to college in Houston, Attending The Art Institute of Houston. Over the course of her career, she has worked for many builders gaining knowledge of the home industry all over the city along the way.
She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and the Houston Association of Realtors.
Aside from Real Estate, she is a Certified Kitchen Designer with the National Kitchen and Bath Association and a Registered Interior Designer with the State of Texas.
